Referee Feedback Form
WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU! Please take a moment to fill out this quick on line report of your game. We are wanting to know your game experience and find ways to improve it if you had a bad one. Most of the questions are geared toward the referees as we can’t be everywhere, we need you to be our eyes and provide both positive and negative feedback on the center and assistant referees. The comments however can be for any input/suggestions you have for the league. Thank you for taking the time to give us your input!
Referee Instructions
The SISL is a USASA affiliated adult soccer organization. SISL provides a wide variety of competition levels. Games are played within Boise City limits in a variety of different park locations. Referee Fees
Teams will be paying the referees prior to each game. Referees that officiate and play in the SISL will have his or her players fees paid for by the League in appreciation for their extra efforts promoting adult soccer. Click here to view all Referee Fees.
