Open League

Men’s & Women’s Premier/Competitive:

This bracket is our most competitive bracket, and is open to men & women 16 years and older. Teams play 11v11. Seasons include the fall and the spring, and games are held on Sundays.

Men’s & Women’s Recreational:

This bracket is open to all skill levels and ages 16 years and older. Teams play 11v11. Seasons include the fall and the spring, and games are held on Sundays. 

Women’s Over 28A & 28B League

Teams will play 7v7.  Over 28A is the most competitive bracket specifically for women 28 years old and older. Over 28B the recreational bracket specifically for women 28 years old and older. When the O28 league has A & B brackets, premier players cannot play in O28B. Seasons include the fall and the spring, and games are held on Friday evenings. 

Men’s Over 30A & 30BLeague

Teams play 11v11. All players in the O30 League must be at least 30 years of age during the course of the calendar year. Calendar year is January 1st through December 31st. This bracket is open to all skill levels. When the Men’s O30 league has two brackets, 30A will be competitive & 30B will be recreational. Premier players cannot play in O30B.

Seasons include the fall and the spring, and games are held on Sundays and Friday evenings. 

Men’s Over 40A & 40B League

Teams play 11v11. All players in the O40 League must be at least 40 years of age during the course of the calendar year – EXCEPT the goalie (must be O30 during the course of the calendar year and can only play goalie position). Men’s O40A bracket is competitive & 40B is recreational. 

There is a no slide tackle rule in the Men’s Over 40 league. Slide tackles will result in a yellow and an indirect kick for the opposing team.

Seasons include the fall and the spring, and games are held on Sundays and Friday evenings. 

Women’s Over 40 League

Created specifically for women 40 years of age and older, this league is the perfect combination of competitive and fun! This season is played in the summer on Saturday mornings on fields approximately 65 x 45.

Men’s Over 50 League

Teams will play 7v7. All players in the O50 league must be at least 50 years of age during the course of the calendar year – EXCEPT the goalie (must be O48 during the course of the calendar year and can only play goalie position). Calendar year is January 1st through December 31st. This bracket is open to all skill levels. There is a no slide tackle rule in the Men’s Over 50 league. Slide tackles will result in a yellow and an indirect kick for the opposing team. Seasons include the fall and the spring, and games are held on Wednesday evenings. 

Prime Time Coed League

Recreational coed, teams will play 7v7. This bracket is open to all skill levels and ages 16 years and older. Seasons include spring, summer & fall, games are held on Monday evenings. 

Competitive coed, teams will play 11v11. This bracket is the most competitive and is open to men & women 16 years and older. Competitive champions will be eligible to compete in the Idaho State Coed Cup. Must be players on your roster for the previous season. Competitive coed season is a summer league,  played June thru August on Monday evenings at Molenaar Park soccer fields in Boise, Idaho.

Walking Soccer League

Spring and fall games are on Tuesdays, summer and winter games are on Sundays. This league is open to men & women 16 years and older. Low impact soccer. Walking is defined as always having at least one foot in contact with the ground.  NO RUNNING, JOGGING On or off the ball, BY ANY PLAYER

Brisk paced, lots of touch on the ball. Great place to learn or refresh skills.

11v11 roster maximum is 25. Teams will play on fields approximately 110 x 70 yards.   Games will consist of two 45 minute halves with a 5 minute halftime. 

7v7 roster maximum is 17.   Teams will play on fields approximately 65 x 45 yards. Games will consist of two 45 minute halves with a 5 minute halftime.
